The light-filled living room offers comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player, a hi-fi system with CD player, and a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette with a refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, four-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

Bringed some work with you? Then take advantage of the charming workation corner with a small Nordic-style desk while the rest of the family enjoys the sea view from the ottoman or relaxes in the sauna or on the sunny loggia. Meanwhile, you can enjoy your own private "wellness oasis" in your home office by the sea.

A beautiful partial sea view and an electric fireplace in the living room create the perfect holiday atmosphere.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The larger bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), TV, wardrobe, and a private sauna.

The smaller bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a TV.

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The smaller bedroom has a sunny, south-facing, enclosed loggia with a recliner.

The lovely bathroom has a whirlpool tub, shower, toilet, hairdryer, and underfloor heating.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

A cot and highchair can be provided free of charge upon request.

An elevator is available in the building (stops halfway up the stairs).

Parking at the building is included in the price.

During the bathing season from May to September, a beach chair on the beach is included in the price.

By prior arrangement and for an extra charge (plus €15/night and €35 surcharge for final cleaning), arrival with a well-behaved dog up to knee height is permitted.
