### Modern apartment near seabeach

The apartment is located on the ground floor, Villa Isabell2\. The 2 room apartment is 54 square meters and up to 4 people. verifiable. The app. was set up with attention to detail. From the living room and its southwest balcony you have a beautiful view of Binz on the adjacent forests. In the living room there is the dining area next to an open kitchen. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa bed. You will also find a flat screen, DVD and music system in the living area. The bedroom is very homely with a double bed, TV. A free lifting garage (up to a height of 1.60 m) belongs to the apartment. An outdoor parking space in the settlement is now available. A separate beach chair is available on the beach, which saves you about € 16 a day in the high season.
