“Meerweib” in Villa Sirene

Welcome to Villa Sirene – right on the fine white Baltic Sea beach of Binz – with your own private beach chair!

The 56 m² holiday apartment "Meerweib" (Sea Woman) is located on the 3rd floor of Villa Sirene, facing east and south. From the living area, you have a lovely view south towards the spa gardens.

The apartment features a comfortable living room with a dining area and kitchenette. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, and TV, and one with a single bed (80x200cm, which can be extended to double the width of 160x200cm if needed) and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains, and there is also a blackout curtain for the glass partition between the second bedroom and the dining area.

A bright and airy bathroom with a large vanity, hairdryer, and toilet completes the accommodation.

The apartment's amenities leave nothing to be desired: Two televisions (a large smart TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom), a CD radio, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule machine with a milk frother, a Senseo pod machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

The apartment does not have its own balcony; however, you are welcome to use the very large, furnished, communal rooftop terrace of Villa Sirene, which offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the seaside resort of Binz.

A Finnish sauna in the building (for a fee) invites you to relax.

An elevator is available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).

A garage parking space is available for your vehicle (suitable for vehicles up to 150 cm in height).

For cars that don't fit in the car lift, a parking space is reserved free of charge in the shared parking lot at Proraer Chaussee 5.

During the bathing season from May to September, a beach chair on the beach in front of the villa is included in the price.

Maximum occupancy for this vacation apartment: 4 people (suitable for children aged 8 and up).
