The holiday apartment is located in the 2nd First floor of an apartment building and is 69 sqm on 2 floors. It has been furnished in a modern and comfortable way and offers a maximum of 6 adults and a child in a travel cot room for a relaxing holiday. Over the hallway with cloakroom you enter the living area. In the Mediterranean-style living room is a sofa bed, armchair and table, as well as wardrobes, radio and a modern flat-screen TV. In the separate kitchens you have a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle and a dining area.

In the 1. Bedrooms have a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The 2. Bedroom is equipped with 2 separate single beds and a flat-screen TV. From the living room leads to the beautiful balcony with seating. For an extra charge of 15 Euro fresh towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival. From 14 nights this is including the room rate. Of course, you can also bring your sheets and towels. The 5th and 6th Guest sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room. The two modern bathrooms are with shower or Tub and toilet equipped and have natural light. For our guests is a Strandkorbnutzung from May to September including possible! A free parking space is available directly at the house. Bicycles brought or rented on site can be parked free of charge in the bicycle cellar.

It extends over 2 floors.   The holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic resort Binz is centrally located, to the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, there are only about 300 m. The Baltic Sea Binz is located near the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen and the Jasmund National Park with beautiful, unspoiled nature.   For our guests beach chair use is included from May to September!  A free parking space is available directly at the house. Bicycles brought or rented on site can be parked free of charge in the bicycle cellar. The bus stop for public transport is about 200 meters away.  The distance to the nearest supermarket is about 400 m (bakery, supermarket).
