In an excellent location in the Baltic resort of Binz on the island of Rügen just 300 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, you will find the apartment "Villa Eden 2 room apartment." Villa Eden was built around the turn of the century in the style of classical spa architecture. The modernly furnished apartment has a large, open-plan kitchen-living room with corner sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a light-flooded winter garden with dining table, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children incl. baby. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a baby crib and high chair on request.

On the balcony equipped with table and chairs enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or a sundowner in the evening.

Villa Eden is located in one of the most exclusive locations of Binz, close to the Granitz forest area and only 300 meters from the beautiful fine sandy beach. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the Kurpark Binz, the pier and the center with its many restaurants, cafes and shopping. The neighboring resorts of Baabe, Göhren and Sellin can be reached on a hike or by bike (12-18 km) thanks to the well-maintained paths. Alternatively, you can also use the spa train "Rasende Roland". The golf center Granitzhof Binz is only 2 km away from your accommodation (4 minutes by car). No matter what you are in the mood for, you will enjoy a varied vacation on the largest German island.

Pros: Großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, sehr ruhig. Alles passte!! Cons: Einziger Minuspunkt ist der frühe Checkout

Sehr gemütlich und topp gelegen

Sehr netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen und sehr gemütlich und hell, das Bad groß und mit großem Fenster, die Küche super ausgestattet; die Fotos der Vermieterin über die Wohnung fanden wir ziemlich aussagekräftig. Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön, die Außenanlagen gepflegt und die kleine Rezeption ist täglich besetzt. Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone und am langen Steg am Strand, Einkaufen und Ausgehen am Abend ist ebenfalls problemlos zu Fuß möglich. Für weitere Entfernungen ist u.a. das Fahrrad eine gute Lösung (das Auto wurde in unseren sechs Tagen dort nur 1x benutzt), es gibt im Hof einen einfachen Fahrradständer. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!
