House Binz Wooden windows and heavy style solid wood doors are keeping with the historic character of the building built and high quality wallpaper been provided with appropriate coatings: with level as your own apartment home. The floors downstairs are tiled, upstairs with laminate and equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen equipment is part of a kitchen. Here you all the amenities of a comfortable self-catering on offer: fridge freezer, 2x ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave / steam oven, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg cooker. Dishes, glasses, cutlery and "kitchen tools" are abundant. The consumer electronics of the kitchen consists of a Full HD 3D Smart TV TVs with optional Blu-Ray / DVD player and a VHS recorder. About Wi-Fi are free to use the established exclusively for this holiday Internet, together with the wireless-enabled TV. One bedroom has a double bed 1,60 mx 2,00 m and is equipped with special blackout blinds. If necessary, may even contain a cot with mattress comfort space. In the second bedroom, also located with a blind one single bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs and are supplemented by a separate toilet. The daylight downstairs shower room with floor-level shower tray and a large window is furnished to a high tiled, fitted with a towel dryer, hair dryer and with extensive facilities for your utensils. Allerdings mit Kleinkind nicht optimal, da es "nur" einen Bartisch gibt und einen Wohnzimmertisch an dem man Essen kann. Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hatte auch gleich Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Schmachter See gelegen, von der Ostsee auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Wochenmarkt sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Handtuch-Bettwäsche-Paket ist mit 25 Euro recht teuer, aber dafür gab es viele, ziemlich neue Handtücher und warme Bettwäsche. Darüber hinaus gab es gefüllte Seifenspender, Filtertüten, Spülmittel, Pulver für die Spülmaschine, Schwamm, Lappen, Klopapier, Servietten und Küchenrolle bereits vor Ort. Das Wohnzimmer ist, wie in anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben, recht klein, aber für uns drei war das ausreichend. Ein bisschen nervig sind die beiden Wohnzimmertische auf Rollen, die ständig leicht wegrollen, was beim Abendbrot oder Brettspiel mitunter anstrengend war. Feste Tische ohne Rollen wären u.E. besser und komfortabler. Die Wohnung ist übrigens in einer ziemlich ruhigen Gegend - man kann auch mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Zwar ist die Feuerwehr in der nächsten Straße, aber bis auf einen nächtlichen Einsatz mit Alarm haben wir davon nichts mitbekommen. In der ca. 200 Meter entfernten Jasmunder Straße ist die Bushaltestelle "Ortsmitte", von der aus zahlreiche Busse z.B. Richtung Prora und Sassnitz fahren. Der Bahnhof ist auch nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. ##### Christian B. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
