A Midsummer Night's Dream at Karoline's House

Welcome to Künstlerhaus Karoline – your "Midsummer Night's Dream" by the sea!

In this bright and inviting apartment, Binz-based ceramic artist Kathrin Grünke has brought your dream of a carefree summer to life.

Just steps from the beach, you can feel the warmth of sun-drenched holidays here any time of year.

This charming one-room apartment is located on the first floor. It features a small entrance hall with a wardrobe and a spacious living/bedroom with a TV, dining table, kitchenette, and two beds that can be arranged together or separately.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

Large French doors create a Juliet balcony, allowing sunlight to flood the apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The large mural "Midsummer Night's Dream" was designed by Kathrin Grünke and created in collaboration with Tilo Block.

The unique summer night bathroom offers a toilet, shower, sink, and hairdryer.

A parking space can be booked for €10 per night in the parking garage on Wylichstrasse (entrance height 1.90m), subject to availability.

The house has a storage room for four bicycles. There is also a large bicycle parking area behind the house.
