It’s important that the number of guests matches what’s listed in the reservation; each additional guest costs €59 per night, which will be charged as an extra fee through Airbnb. If you have guests staying at the house, there’s an additional daily fee. Parties, loud disturbances, and drunkenness are not permitted—this is a private residential area in Mallorca.
