Great location on seafront with magnificent views across the bay, superb beach, amazing birdlife, and central location to Binic. The house has versatile accommodation over 3 floors and is very well equipped, bar a potato masher and cheese grater! The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is has a great location overlooking the beach and only a short walk away from a bakery, the local supermarket and the lovely harbourside restaurants of Binic. The patio in the back garden is a great place to eat a meal as the sun is setting in the evening. Binic is a nice seaside town with two good beaches. St Brieuc and Paimpol are interesting historical local towns to visit and Moncontour is a charming mediaeval town a little further away. Gwenaëlle is a responsive host and Jessica, who checked us in and out of the house, is very friendly and helpful and even met us at 07:15 on Saturday morning when we left to catch the ferry home. If you have restricted mobility, be aware the house is split-level with a number of steps. ##### Graham S.
