"Really great stay with my extended family this summer. The villa was just as described, easy to find, great communication with the hosts. Loved how private the villa felt, being slightly further back from the beach was a good option as during July it gets busy. Highly recommend to others!"

"The house is very nice and well priced. The beach of the town is very close! One of the bedrooms with ensuite bath is accessed through another bedroom. Might not be clear from description. Wasn’t an issue from us but that bathroom has an open shower which gets the whole interior wet. The living room and dining room are good for 6-8 people. There are mosquitos so we didn’t use the terrace for breakfast or dinner - just plan ahead with bug spray. The house has a nice land but the grass is not watered so it’s extremely dry and filled with old branches. If you have kids that want to play soccer or something, it’s not conducive. They will love the pool though."

"Lovely accommodation, clean. Need a car , especially if weather is very hot. It is possible to walk to beach though.Would prefer that accommodation details listed in bold print that the pool is shared.It didn't affect us , however i'd prefer not to be in that situation"

"Overall very happy and would recommend. We were a party of 2 couples and had a great 2 weeks. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was excellent, umbrellas with easily moveable bases were super!Temp was very hot all of our stay so air con at night was appreciated and also cooler areas within the villa.Host was very quick to respond on minor issues.Only slight gripe would be the villa is advertised as having Satellite tv and WiFi. There were no English channels available and the WiFi speed was often very low. Just a shame as we would have liked to watch the World Cup!One suggestion would be to have a bird scarer near the pool, we had a lot of pigeons using the pool and leaving messages on the lovely tiles "

"Room cleaning and maid service very good. Staff not very knowledgable about the area. AC in lobby was excellent but inefficient in the room, reception staff were not interested in getting it sorted. Breakfast was adequate"

"This was a lovely villa, really well situated in a quiet area and within walking disatance to shops, restaurants and beach - no need for a car rental. The villa was well equipped (although we didn't cook as we ate out) and plenty of space. Air con in the bedrooms was lovely. The balcony area was great for sitting/reading/playing cards out of the sun and pool area was well maintained (and pool was cleaned during our stay). If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday this is definitely a good villa/area."

"This was just the most perfect stay for our small group. Ulrike was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to cute bars, restaurants and beaches. Would 100% stay here again when back in Menorca. A true gem!"
