We didn't stay there because we were told by my daughter and her boyfriend, who is a local Peace Officer, that the hotel is used for homeless people and there was a stabbing that took place there a few weeks ago!
The front desk agent was friendly, but the hotel hasn’t been cleaned. Our room had food and dirt all over the floor, the drawer of the tv stand had a face mask, someone’s leftover vape pen, and a creepy written note left along with food and bugs along the bottom. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned either, we didn’t feel comfortable showering there. The hallways smelled too, very disappointing.
My soul my husband and my grandchild were on the way to Rochester got extremely tired and pulled up for arrest to your hotel Econolodge it is absolutely disgusting the hallways are filthy that I can deal with but we got into the room and the tub was full of mold and dirt the place is disgusting and I’m looking for a full refund as soon as possible
Section 8 housing and homeless shelter
This is the second time in a row you allowed booking in a dangerous disgusting place
Did not check in
Drove away for fear if life and limb
The microwave didn't work the TV remote didn't work the Jaques faucet head popped off and hit my nephew in the knee!!! Other than those major things it was a good nite sleep!!
Carpeting in halls is gross. The room smelled “old” and stale. Bare minimum, but had to crash for the night. At least we didn’t come home with any bugs.
