About this property

Melendreros House. Country house, large, well equipped and with beautiful views.

  • Anti-stress shelter in Melendreros, a town located in the beautiful Asturian mountain of Bimenes, where you can enjoy family, friends, numerous routes (Route of the Mills, Route of the Foces of the Pendón River, etc ..) Homemade restaurants with traditional food and all 35 minutes from Oviedo, Gijón, Covadonga and 40 minutes from Rodiles beach.

    It is a perfect place for cycling, mountain routes or for nature lovers.

    The House is warm and comfortable and consists of 3 floors distributed on the ground floor with living room with heating wood stove, gas cooker and toilet. On the first floor, double bedroom with double bed, bathroom, office, gazebo room with fireplace and access to terrace with barbecue. On the top floor, a diaphanous room with a double bed and the possibility of 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

    The house has a parking area next to the house.
