Great Hotel - Very bad rooms
"The property layout is amazing and the build is fantastic. However the rooms are kept very badly and shabbily. No exhaust in bathrooms. Dull old bad taps. No proper hot water and the paint on room walls full of mould and loose plaster. The location is amazing but roo s killed the fun"

"The property has the Royal look and feel however the property can be better maintained. We had deal with a tripping fuse for our room. We lost electricity in our room 4 times in 40’minutes. It only was sustainable after they reduced the heater load and we spent the night in a colder room."
