The spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is situated on a large property with a 9 acre private fishing pond. We are 11 miles to Gladewater(the Antique Capital of East Texas), 15 miles to Tyler(the Rose Capital) It sits right across the street from Circle M Crawfish in Big Sandy which is home to the most famous Crawfish in East Texas and host live music year round! No smoking, digging or pets using bathroom on the astroturf in the back yard. Renter will be responsible for damages. There are designated pet areas.
Renter will be responsible for all damages in and around property during stay. Catch and Release fishing allowed in Lake. Pontoon boat is not for use.
When checking out leave all dirty linens and towels in a pile on the floor. Please put all trash in dumpster.
