"Clean cute room. Great view. Would give higher mark but for the price the room should have its own mini fridge & coffee maker. The outdoor community fridge & coffee maker is nice but not convenient day or night. Only one very short shower and hot water ran out."

"This place was nice and unique. The communication was EXCELLENT as were the directions. There are lots of places to stay in Terlingua and this one was very unique. I loved that you could open the windows at night. The kitchen was great for morning breakfast burritos. The highlight was the outdoor patio. It was covered and very relaxing!!! We even had a Roadrunner visit us everyday.Just some notes (do NOT take these as negatives). I took a couple along as a belated wedding gift. As stated there is a second bedroom (separate). If you want to use the BEAUTIFUL bathroom at night, you must go outside and around to the bathroom through and outside door. Bring a flashlight. Second, there is NOT a living room area. We spent our time on the patio, however, if you wanted to stay inside you would sit on your bed. I would recommend this place for your stay. OH, the eating places are a close walk away :)"

"Love the view and courtyard. We spent most of our time there. Very peaceful and gorgeous. The only issue we really had was the bathroom smelled like raw sewage...and could smell it in the bedroom even with the bathroom door closed. The only other issue is if you are limited mobility or have heart issues like my husband, we didn't realize you had to climb so many steps. If your healthy not a problem at all. Just want to warn you before hand because we had no idea? It is not handicapped friendly."

"Perfect for my husband and I. Walking distance to Starlight Lounge. Nice outdoor seating for morning coffee and afternoon cocktail. I loved the outdoor shower because it was beautiful weather and a groovy little space. My husband declined to use it. To each his own! AC worked great and we really had no problems with anything. Would definitely stay again"
