The property and suite was amazing. A little luxury in the mountains. Everyone was very friendly. We were steps away from the heart of the village, making meals super convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and kept at a great temp.

The property and the room were more than I expected. Ample space in each room, a full kitchen (must bring your own food), and a balcony. Walking distance to the town activities. Highly recommend this Resort.

I’ve been vacationing up in big Bear for the last 20 years and this is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. All of the staff at the entire property were incredibly helpful. The rooms are incredible.I thought that the small storage garage in the carport was very convenient for storing all of the items needed for the lake. Before checking out on our last day, we already booked our next vacation here the following month and are so looking forward to coming back.

The property is beautiful. Always clean and well kept. The staff is top notch and always make us feel welcome. The kitchen is useful, could use a few more utensils and a cookie sheet, not just a pizza tray. Other than that, the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious (for Big Bear) and it’s very quiet. The best part is once you park, everything is pretty much walking distance.

Our suite was just right for my 3 grandchildren and myself. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cookware, table strings, etc. All we had to do is bring our own groceries. We were very comfortable. The only item missing was a chair in the master suite where I can sit, relax and watch TV or read. Didn’t want to lie in bed or be with the kids in the living room. Also, I didn’t read the instructions on room service, which needed to have been requested 24 hours in advance. We needed fresh towels, but I was able to pick some up from the front desk. The location is in “The Village” which is such a charming, lovely shopping center with several restaurants and a movie theater. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
