Der Kontakt und die Übergabe war unkompliziert und gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einer Seitenstraße daher sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren in der nahen Umgebung. Wanderwege warne gut ausgeschildert und in Wohnungsnähe.
