Comfortable stay, well situated in the middle of town. Plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunches and evening meals. It's a shame there is no bar in the hotel.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it immensely. The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Bielefeld. It has a wonderful breakfast and also parking is available in house if you register early enough.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well organized. Privacy is well maintained as well. Shops and restaurants are less than a minute walk away. I liked everything about this place.

Excellent location & service

We stayed one night here and it served our needs very well. Our room was quite small, but had everything we needed for the night. (There was a larger room option available but I chose this one to save a little money since we weren't there long.) The location is great for an easy walk to everything in Bielefeld city center, or about 10-15 min to Sparrenberg Castle and the beautiful gardens next to it. The service was excellent, with one particularly helpful and friendly host whose name I unfortunately didn't get. The hotel has parking below for an additional 15 euros, which was very convenient. All in all, a great place to stay in this area. I would return or recommend it.

We love the location of this hotel, in the center of Bielefeld and you can walk everywhere, perfect. Plumbing could be worked on, smells a little, needs the be cleaned and renewed, but other than that great hotel, location, nice staff

It was a pleasant stay. I recommend it! We had a little difficulty with the keys, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The old town buildings and churches are nearby and you can see the lovely city. I would stay there again.

It's a nice hotel with kind services. The lobby is very modern and promissing, my room was just ok. The furniture is historical in contrast to the mordern bathroom. Towels in the bed and very small soap tubes could be changed to more soap and body lotion in larger versions, even fixed on the wall in the shower. Nice was caffee, tea nd water in the room. Disturbing was on the other hand that there was no seperation between light next to the bed and light from the ceiling. Perfect was the garage underneath the hotel. Reservation recommended.

Die Lage ist super, jedoch war das Bett sehr unbequem und die Flure sehr uneinladend. Das Bad war gut. Der Service war okay, beim einchecken wurde leider nicht auf die Parksituation hingewiesen und beim auschecken hat man die Mitarbeiter draußen beim rauchen angetroffen. Auch nach dem Aufenthalt, als ich nochmal Kontakt aufgenommen habe, habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

VÀldigt stort och rent tum dock var det vÀldigt varmt i rummet. Det fanns nÄgra flÀktar men det hjÀlpte inte sÄ mycket. NÀr vi nÀmnde det I receptionen, var de vÀldigt hjÀlpsamma och erbjöd gratis frukost som kompensation. Frukosten var superbra. LÀget kan inte bli bÀttre, nÀra till butiker och restauranger. Vi köpte Àven en smidig parkering i hotellets parkeringsgarage, vilket funkade toppen.
