  • Once used for long-term renting, this two bedroom, one bath apartment is now ready for short-term renters. Clean and fresh new furniture and décor adds an eclectic feel with Americana touches. Everything you need is waiting on you. Dishes, pots and pans, and small utensils are stocked. Coffee, and tea, along with the fixings are ready for you to brew the perfect cup of brew. Enjoy sitting on the front deck early in the morning or in the evening. The apartment is centered in Gallia County off of the Rt. 35 Rodney exit. Merry Family Winery, Rio Grande College, and Green Valley Gathering Place are all very close in proximity. Downtown Gallipolis is a short 10 minute drive. Location is just what this apartment has, because we are close to everything but have a country setting.
