Sleeping four guests, the property makes a great base for couples and small families seeking a relaxing break in breathtaking surroundings. The property is within 3.5 miles of a sandy beach, and also offers direct access to the long-distance South West Coast Path. For shopping and eating out, the historic market town of Bideford is 3 miles away. The single-storey barn conversion is one of four similar holiday homes on the owner’s farm. The property has an open-plan layout comprising a stylish lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can spend quality time together after a day at the beach. Rustle up delicious feasts in the kitchen area and gather at the dining table for memorable mealtimes as a group. After dinner, chill out on the comfortable seating to watch a movie on the Smart TV. At the end of the day, choose from two elegant bedrooms, both of which have en-suite shower rooms. Outside, the enclosed garden by stock fencing has a patio area with furniture and a BBQ, as well as a lawn where children and dogs can burn off steam. The bustling seaside resort of Westward Ho! is just 3.5 miles away, and boasts a long, sandy beach, traditional amusements and arcades, fish and chip shops, and a great range of cafes and restaurants. The traffic-free village of Clovelly, known for its cobbled high street, flower-covered cottages and picturesque harbour, is just 10.5 miles from the property, and you’ll also be close to the pretty fishing village of Appledore (5 miles). Nearby family attractions include The Big Sheep (1 mile) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (8 miles).
