### Klara's one bedroom apartment with balcony- purple

Klara's apartments are located on the 1st floor of the familyy house , in center of village Bibinje. Around house is family garden. Location is perfect for careefree vacation : everything you might need , at your vaction, like market , restairans and caffe bars, pharmacy or local bus station- are in 5 to 10 minute range , by foot. Beach Punta Rožica is 10 minutes walk from house.   
Apartments are equipped with air conditioner and Wi-fi. Private parking is provided on site.  
PLEASE NOTE: cleaning fee is 40 euros- it is charged on site, by owner , in cash   
Klara's apartment is located on the first floor of the famili house, in village Bibinje. It contains one bedroom, with large double bed, bathroom with shower, Kitchen is attached to the living room and dining area. There is double sofa bed in the living room. One exits on balcony from kitchen. Bolcony is equipped with outdoor furniture. Apartment is equipped with wi-fi and air conditioner. Private parking place is available on site. Guests have access to BBQ, which is located in garden.
