Overall, this a really nice hotel. Well located and the room was really nice. Also, the staff was very pleasant and professional and, provided great recommendations on restaurants and places/things to do in the area. Hôtel de L’Océan is perfect and the stuff is super friendly. Just keep in mind that you can’t drive directly to the hotel. Instead, avoid driving through the city centre and head for Parking Indigo Biarritz Sainte-Eugénie, 2 Place Sainte-Eugénie. From there, it’s just a short walk to the hotel.

O hotel é excelente, localizado e atendimento da equipe é maravilhoso. Como sugestão, acho que deveria ter um frigobar no quarto, mas conseguimos colocar minha insulina na geladeira da recepção do hotel. Houve um erro por parte de Hotéis.com, que não repassou o valor que eu paguei para o hotel, então foi realizada nova cobrança no momento do check in, mas mantive contato com a plataforma de hotéis.com e tudo foi resolvido, o valor foi estornado no cartão de crédito. Mas foi tudo excelente, Biarritz é uma destino maravilhoso.

L’hôtel est situé sur une place très agréable, au coeur de Biarritz et à 5 minutes à pied de la grande plage. Nous avions une chambre très confortable, avec balcon et vue sur l’océan. L’accueil est chaleureux. Nous y retournerons.

tout est charmant dans cet hôtel, sa position près de l'océan et de l'église, les jolies couleurs à l'intérieur des parties communes et des chambres, le bon goût d'un mobilier simple, le choix des objets, les délicieuses boissons fraiches préparées chaque matin dans le hall par Manon, à disposition des clients ; et si j'ajoute la gentillesse du personnel et le prix honnête, je dirais oui, excellent l'Hôtel L'Océan à Biarritz !
