Located in "Capestang", a charming little village of Languedoc Herault at noon path between Beziers and Narbonne (15mns by car), 30 minutes from the beaches of Valréas and Friday, 1 hour from la Salvetat in the Tarn.
Village with all shops: Bars, restaurants, bakeries, pastry, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy, supermarkets, cash dispenser, petrol station.

LIVING ROOM: with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs.
