Apartment of 32 m2, in a quiet and pleasant residence 20 meters from the Canal du Midi, the river port and the Tourist Office. Private parking and FREE, FREE WIFI, air conditioning, terrace, open view, bike storage available on request. I welcome you on your arrival! Located in "Capestang", a charming little village of Languedoc Herault at noon path between Beziers and Narbonne (15mns by car), 30 minutes from the beaches of Valréas and Friday, 1 hour from la Salvetat in the Tarn. Village with all shops: Bars, restaurants, bakeries, pastry, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy, supermarkets, cash dispenser, gas station. Housing includes: LIVING ROOM: with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs. KITCHEN: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toasted bread, complete crockery, various kitchen utensils, household products at your disposal, dishcloth. BEDROOM: Bed linen provide, bed 140x200cm, view on terrace and garden, wardrobe. ROOM OF WATER: Towels provided, hair dryer, Independent toilet Very calm and bright.
