"The property was beautiful with stunning views. The hosts thoughtfully provided every amenity we needed, even arranging to add a travel crib at our request (along with new crib sheets and an adorable stuffy). They were responsive to our questions. Do understand that if you're visiting on a concert/festival weekend, you can hear all the noise from the venue as well as any late night concertgoers returning and carrying on some after parties. We absolutely loved being so close to all the action, but if you have light sleepers in your party, don't forgetful your ear plugs! Will definitely be returning for our next Gorge adventure!"

"Excellent location in Sunland! Level spot. A couple of notes to consider is this can be a shared spot with another RV as the listing shows. There is both 50 and 30 amp on the power box we used (in front of shed in pictures), but the 30 amp was not conducive to the power cord in my trailer. It would not go in to connect all the way flat as the 30 amp box has a lip that goes all the way around. Luckily, I had a 30 to 50 amp connector so there was no problem, but if not, this definitely would have been an issue. Not sure what the connections are on the other spot on the property but something to think about for sure when planning. The host may have an adapter available, but we did not need to inquire. There is no Wi-Fi available on the property and Sunland is very spotty, depending on the your carrier for cell phones."
Desert Aire Vacation Home on the Golf Course w/ River View, Private Pool/hot tub

"This property was wonderful! We really liked the layout of the house that accomodated our 2 sons and their families (10 total). The kitchen living area were huge and really made for ease for the adults to prepare meals together. It was very clean! The four grandkids ages 6 to 1 year loved the pool! The firepit area was also a favorite place to hang out in the evenings. The AC was awesome (almost too cold sometimes!) The adults also liked the pool table in the garage area. The host, Steve, was very easy to communicate with and responded timely and helped with any issues. A few items to address would be the step ladder to the bunk bed was difficult for littler ones. Possibly this is a temporary fix? Also the railing on the top bunk is cracked so needs replaced. We really like the sonos app on the kindle! Having the music everywhere was really cool! However, the kindle needs updated. It would constantly disconnect. There are a few screws around the decking that were sticking up and I don't know if there is any control over the sprinklers, but 8:30 pm was early for the back yard to be watered - we were sprayed a couple of times! Overall, we had a great 5 days and will book again for sure! Thank you!"

"Excellent place to stay! The house is super clean, and the bed is really comfortable. There’s plenty of seating, and the kitchen is nice and well set up. The pool is a big plus too! Michelle responded to all texts quickly and was very helpful. Definitely a great choice for a comfortable, easy vacation."

"Perfect suite for our stay. The beds are super comfortable, a/c kept us cool, fridge to keep things cool and a great little backyard area to hang out. If you are attending a concert at the Gorge Ampitheater, this is the place to stay, just 15 minutes to the Gorge and easy in and out access. Sunland Estates is a small community with several beaches and a lovely small community feel. Who knew this cute little area existed? You come over the desert hill into this little beach resort. There is one store/restaurant in the community which has beer, soda, snacks and a variety of pub food. If you have special dietary needs, the nearest store is in the communities of George and Quincy roughly 15 min away or so. Also, once you get into Sunland estates cell service is spotty until you get on WiFi. Download all the vrbo instructions before getting to the community/arrive at the home."
