"I didn't like there was scaffolding all around the building"

"Good hotel, helpfull staff, plenty of parking. Free room upgrade. Downside buffet breakfast which is served from 7am lets down the hotel. Menu says hot breakfast, food barely luke warm at best. You could tell the sausages and hash browns had been reheated and reheated. No choice apart from english breakfast or cold selection. Would have been good to have waiter service at table and choice ie eggs benedict, smoked salmon etc. Perhaps hotel can take these comments on board which otherwise somewhat enjoyable holiday."

"Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty."
