"Was a descent stay but my only gripe is why do we have to pay for parking at a hotel that I’m renting?"

"Hotel was affordable, rooms were clean, bed was comfy. Shower was great; got hot fast, great pressure and drained quickly. A/C worked great. Check-in was fast and easy. Plenty of dining options around. Breakfast was great as well. Had plenty of options, hot and cold. Also used pool and hot tub. Had a two night stay and would definitely stay again. Check-in lady was quick, and helpful and gave me a room that was close to the pool as well! George Manolis"

"Residence Inn was clean, smelled nice, had great amenities and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast each morning is a nice bonus. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable and everything we needed. There was a full kitchen (except there is no oven) that was perfect for our stay. We had groceries delivered from the local Walmart to be able to eat in a few times. Our family of 4 found this location, hotel, and Waterpark exactly what we needed for our vacation out to South Dakota! We would highly recommend. The hotel is attached to a restaurant and WATERPARK!!! The Waterpark was so FUN! Water slides, lazy river, activity pool, hot tub, large water fort for kids. Adults and kids loved the Waterpark. We ate at Sliders twice and food was great each time. You can also have it delivered to your Waterpark table, bonus. There is also an arcade above the restaurant, which was another added bonus for the kids. Highly recommend. Close to the Badlands, Custer state park, Mt. Rushmore, Bear Country USA, Needles Highway, etc. Excellent location!"

"Room was nice, breakfast was good, exercise room was good, pool looked good although I didn’t go in. Staff was moody. Girl at check-in told me to wait while she typed on the computer for a few minutes, after I had driven 400 miles at the age of 69. Sort of pissed me off. As well the board employee who is smoking on the back door multiple times when I tried to bring bags in, and he forced me to smell his cancer sticks. Lowlife slovenly. So the place is not perfect, but the room is decent at least"

"Not sure if this is a party hotel or what but we had an absolute horrible experience Friday night that was so bad the police had to be involved for the noise complaint next door. We weren’t offered a discount or refund for our night or anything after the police finally came after midnight to escort the person next door to us. If you have a room with a door that connects to the room next to you, you better hope and pray no one stays there otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING. And then hope there isn’t a party next door. Then my card was charged twice on top of the whole experience and they said it’s bc there is a “resort fee” that isn't charged on outside third parties that book. I will definitely not stay here again and would recommend not staying here."
