"Room was nice, breakfast was good, exercise room was good, pool looked good although I didn’t go in. Staff was moody. Girl at check-in told me to wait while she typed on the computer for a few minutes, after I had driven 400 miles at the age of 69. Sort of pissed me off. As well the board employee who is smoking on the back door multiple times when I tried to bring bags in, and he forced me to smell his cancer sticks. Lowlife slovenly. So the place is not perfect, but the room is decent at least"

"Fantastic stay after our visit to Mt Rushmore! The connected waterpark was a fantastic perk that the kids absolutely loved!! Little slides in the kids section were perfect for young kiddos who may not be ready for the big slides. We will 100% stay here again on our road trips out west!!"

"Room was not cleaned properly. We noticed on 3rd day there were many dog furs on whole floor. I believe it must be from the previous guests with dog. The staff was kind and good and Breakfast is O.K. Another thing bothered us was some noise from the hall way and the ceiling. It seems there is no sound barrier from walls and ceiling."

"Not sure if this is a party hotel or what but we had an absolute horrible experience Friday night that was so bad the police had to be involved for the noise complaint next door. We weren’t offered a discount or refund for our night or anything after the police finally came after midnight to escort the person next door to us. If you have a room with a door that connects to the room next to you, you better hope and pray no one stays there otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING. And then hope there isn’t a party next door. Then my card was charged twice on top of the whole experience and they said it’s bc there is a “resort fee” that isn't charged on outside third parties that book. I will definitely not stay here again and would recommend not staying here."

"Amazing 2 story older property in excellent condition with huge rooms, quality furniture and decent view. Close to most everything by car and a few walkable restaurants. Simple breakfast of oats, cereal and egg biscuit sandwiches. Downside is no elevator and terrible check in with unavailable staff followed by incompetence. Wonderful affordable place to stay!!"

"It was a very beautiful modern up to date hotel I don’t travel much but I was shocked that parking was 9.00 I had questions about the price they quoted me, I booked it at hotel.com Never again!!! They said it was 230.00 for one night and I booked for 107.00 the girl reassured me it was correct. You pay for breakfast at the bistro, you pay for coffee, so many extra items that if you didn’t know about you could really run up a bill The bathroom sink ran all night, we got up several times to adjust the handle. We were on the 2 nd floor and I have no idea if it was the toilet being flushed or what but it sounded like it was a fountain coming down on us You could even hear there coffee pot perking. I don’t like to complain but it said pool it was a splash pool with wristbands outside the hotel area, we were planning on leaving around 9 but all the noises woke us up around 6:30"
