Two-Home Ski Retreat by Everrow
Bring the whole group for a Maine ski getaway, about 11 miles and 20 minutes from Sunday River`s South Ridge base. Two private homes give you room to gather and spread out, with two full kitchens, generous dining areas, comfortable living rooms and a fireplace in the main house. Spend the day skiing or snowboarding, then settle in for dinner and games together. The pool and pool house are seasonal and closed during winter.
THE SPACE Two separate homes make this wooded Bethel estate a comfortable base for extended families and groups spending winter together. Each home has its own full kitchen, living areas and dining space, with private bedrooms and bunk/common sleeping areas for your group. Gather around the main house`s fireplace after skiing, cook a meal together, or retreat to the second home for a quieter evening.
The main house and guest house are both included in this combined rental. The grounds include wooded trails, a fire pit, courts and horse pastures as a backdrop. Outdoor access depends on weather and snow conditions; the horse arena and pastures are off limits.
The pool and pool house are seasonal, open June 10 through October 1, and are not available for winter stays.
GUEST ACCESS Enjoy exclusive access to both homes and the guest-use grounds, with ample parking for group arrivals. The pool and pool house are seasonal, open June 10 through October 1, and are not available for winter stays. Courts, trails and other outdoor areas are weather dependent. Property was amazing. Couldn’t have been more happy with everything. We were traveling with a large group for a family reunion. All the young kids and families stayed in one house and the adults stayed in another which made late nights and early morning so much smoother. The farm was beautiful and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. David the host was extremely good at communication and helped with all of our questions throughout our entire time there. Will absolutely be looking at booking this home again for future reunions.
