A Few Things to Know Before You Book:
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
• All reservations require a signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
• A $200 security hold is required for all reservations. The authorization is collected through our secure property management software, OwnerRez, which is directly connected to the booking platform and approved to collect off-platform security deposits. The hold is not placed until 2 days before arrival and is automatically released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
• Dogs are welcome! We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. We ask that dogs be at least 2 years old, house-trained, supervised, and respectful of the cabin and property. A pet fee of $50 per dog applies.
• The property is on well water. We kindly ask guests to help conserve this valuable resource by turning off taps when not in use and keeping showers reasonably short.
• For drinking water, many guests choose to bring bottled water. We also provide refillable water jugs under the kitchen sink, which can be filled at a local spring just 5 minutes away.
• The cabin includes a compact mini-fridge without a freezer. If you're bringing frozen items or extra perishables, we recommend bringing a cooler and ice for additional storage.
• A starter supply of coffee and tea is provided to help you settle in and enjoy your first morning.
• Picnic tables, bistro seating, and yard games are available seasonally from May through October.
• We provide the fastest available local Wi-Fi, but because we're in a rural area, streaming quality and video calls may occasionally vary.
• The driveway is steep and unpaved. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter and spring conditions.
• Snow removal and driveway sanding are provided after winter storms.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping inside the cabins.
• Only registered guests may be on the property unless approved in advance.
