Additional Notes Primary guest must be 25+ and present during stay Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license A $300 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Property is on well water. We kindly ask that you help us conserve it during your stay. Simple steps—like turning off taps when not in use and keeping showers short—go a long way in preserving this precious resource.
