The listed half-timbered house was built around 1780. renovated in the years 2013/2014 with a lot of own contribution and brought up to the state of the art .. Despite the modernity inside, it has not lost its charm of the old walls and is since 2017 a holiday home.

Also you will find the cozy living room with TV (40 inches), DVD player and stereo.

A built-in central ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate in the house.

Between Hunsrück and Eifel we would like to invite you to spend your best time of the year, namely your holiday. We always like to say: "We live where others spend their holidays". The Moselle is not only worth a visit for a vintage, but many activities are offered throughout the year. We think there is something for everyone.

The holiday home "Half-timbered house with charm" is located in the district Andel in the immediate vicinity of Bernkastel-Kues. Andel has some very beautiful timbered houses and numerous stone houses. In the middle of the village the Goldbach flows into the Mosel. He got his name after being shot in the 18th. In his creek bed he had discovered some finds of gold granules. Its upper course leads through a romantic forest valley, past a slate tunnel driven into the mountain slopes.

The town of Bernkastel-Kues can be easily reached along the Moselle by a lit footpath (about 2 km) in the evening. In the spring to fall, it is worthwhile to end the evening with a befriended winemaker in the ostrich industry.
