Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Balkon ist schön groß und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf die Mosel und die Weinberge von Bernkastel-Kues. Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist, wird sie sich im Sommer stark aufheizen. Dafür ist aber ein mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden.
