"Great place for a family but make sure you have a car"

"Unfortunately, the host of this property took our money but never provided check in information so we were unable to check in. VRBO provided us two night emergency lodging which will be reimbursed after I submit a claim. They were supposed to contact us to provide us with rebooked lodging but never followed up. Highly suggest you DO NOT book this location."

"Good apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is a beautiful 15-20 min walk to all parts of Interlaken. Great location, surrounded by other chalets with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Owner was generally quick to respond to a couple questions I had. Super easy to check in (got note saying it was available for earlier check in) and check out. Only caveats I would have is the ceilings/beams, doorways might be a bit low for are a bit low if you are over 6' (or even 5'10") and the larger bed...

"The appartement was very complete and on a beautiful location with a stunning view on the mountains. The Burn family is very kind and we had some very interesting and nice conversations together. Please check the wooden creations made by mr. Burn, amazing! We also did numerous hikes in the vicinity, a very enjoyable place to spent our holiday. We surely think of going back in spring time. "We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. "Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted.
