Spotlessly clean, really helpful staff and great breakfast. This was an excellent place to stay for exploring Bern. Nice and quiet but within easy walking distance of the city and only 10 mins from park area where you could swim in the river. Highly recommend for solo travellers (or couples).

Good location for using the free bus system or for walking into Old Town Hotel was old but nicely renovated Offered free cappuccinos and tea throughout the day and provided a guest kitchen with a large fridge, dishes and cooking facilities Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful

There is a set of stairs when you get to the hotel and very hard to get your luggage up. The hotel is not completely in the city center but very close and the hotel provides the transportation ticket. The breakfast was very good, the hotel is super clean, and the staff are really friendly and professional.

Best hotel ! Recptionist is 5-star level. She showed us the best path to make last minute tour around the center. I love the hotel neighborhood, the bright room color, interior decor, the breakfast, the easy access lift, clean bathroom... Bus is convenient too. Dont forget to claim your free transportation before coming to save CHF. Definitely we will book this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was above our expectations and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it onsite without having to walk the city around to find somewhere. Staff were helpful and there were some lovely other touches. I was more than happy that we booked this hotel at the last minute and would definitely stay again.
