"Great place to stay at"

"Definitely some drug activity going on the premises. People working on their cars in the parking lot, some guy walked past me in my car at 3 am asking if I wanted smoke, bed sucked pillows were paper thin. The room wasn’t even cleaned before I got there, the fridge was full of food and expired milk and when I went to throw it all out it spilled because caps weren’t on so essentially I had to clean the room myself. Annoying when you’re exhausted from work and just want to rest and expect at least a clean room."

"Valet and Bell guys were great! Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable. Air conditioning needs replacing or to be updated - seems as though the rooms are humid. Check out is at 12 which I liked until staff started knowing on the door continually every 10 minutes along with phone calls. We were out with our bags and at valet by 11:45 just felt rushed- as they also turned the heater on in the room around 11 am to start pushing you out - thermostats are controlled by staff - this was a bad experience since the room was heated up to 75 while trying to get our bags together( it was 107 outside ) . The kids enjoyed the slides in the pool that was nice."

"The Palms worked great for our 12-man golf trip. Had everything we needed and all usable. Great lay-out, plenty of bathroom space, tons of laundry machines was just perfect for our type of trip. Good privacy in the big backyard with cover from trees surrounding property also. I would definitely stay here again if I come down with a large group."
