The 30 m² apartment consists of a large kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, a couch, a bedroom (with french bed 140x200) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A cot and a highchair can be provided upon request for free. Start the day on your private terrace or relax in the shared furnished garden while preparing barbecues surrounded by the greenery (800 m²). You can reach the coast and enjoy the view over a nice glass of wine. Due to the ideal position, the property is the perfect starting point for cycling, hiking and many excursion tours. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und freuten uns über das gut erschlossene Radnetz mit vielen Radwegen vor Ort. Der Besuch im Schloss und Kloster Salem und der Stadt Meersburg mit den Rädern war toll. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, 2 Straßen weiter findet man einen gut sortierten Edeka für täglichen Einkauf. 100 Meter weiter um die Ecke Zollershube, kann man gut bürgerlich Essen gehen.Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei! ##### Maria B. Frau Gutemann ist wie der Name schon sagt, ein sehr guter Mensch, der dazu noch sehr herzlichen und liebevoll ist. Wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder zurückgefahren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Den Garten durften wir ebenfalls komplett nutzen. Dort gibt es mehr als genügend Sitzgelegenheiten.
