Visited with two friends, and we had a wonderful stay, during which we had relaxing stay by the pool and the lake. One of the highlights was having direct access to the lake right in front of the hotel, complete with comfortable sun loungers. Our Junior Suite was spotless, spacious, with a nice terrace where we enjoyed the evening and came with cozy bathrobes, making our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and offered everything we needed to start the day on a great note. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Der Anfang vom Ende! Es fing damit an, dass wir und auch viele weitere wartende Gäste an der Rezeption die gebuchten Zimmer einfach nicht bekommen haben. Ausweichzimmer werden dann einfach vom Rezeptionspersonal (eine gebrochen deutschsprechende Person für ein Resort) verteilt. Das Grauenhafte Abendbuffet kostet 40€ pro Person plus Getränke! Zimmer: Waren mäßig sauber, Klimaanlage defekt. Aufzug ist auch defekt. Gott sei dank gab es einen Pool und das Frühstück war ganz ok. Alles in allem war es für uns eine eher entäuschende Erfahrung.

Es ist sehr gemischt meine Meinung zum Hotel. Ich kannte es vom Reisebüro und bin schockiert wie diese Anlage vernachlässigt wird. Der Garten ist einfach vertrocknet und lieblos. Die Bar am Abend sehr schön und gemütlich mit tollem Personal. Das Frühstück ging..leider lässt auch hier die Sauberkeit und die Pflege des Hotels zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer sind so weit in Ordnung aber die Fenster müssten dringend genutzt werden. Ach hier gibt es einige Punkte. Es ist so ein schönes Hotel. Hoffentlich ändert es sich wieder.

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur, Bett ist eine Katastrophe und für die Reise mit zwei kleinen Kindern wurde nicht mal ein Kinderbett geschweige denn mehr als zwei Handtücher gestellt. Einzig positiv anzumerken, ist das Frühstück. Da gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Das Hotel hat viel Potenzial, schöpft es aber selten aus. Wir würden nicht noch einmal hinfahren. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß, besteht aber fast nur aus lieblosen Convenience Produkten. Die Betten sind groß, aber unsere Matratze komplett durchgelegen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, aber dabei wird das Bad vergessen. Es gibt die Steuerung für eine Klimaanlage in Haus 2, aber dort ist gar keine Klimaanlage verbaut, sondern nur eine Ventilatorfunktion. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, aber das ist eigentlich nur ein großes Doppelzimmer mit Schlafcouch.

Ausstattung gut. Zimmer auch schön. Leider fehlen Informationen. Wie kann man zb. Playstation in Kidsclub nutzen? Wo findet man den Code ? Frühstück gut. Personal sehr freundlich aber total unstrukturiert. 1,5h vor Ende wurde nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Erst auf Anfrage. Tisch Service (abräumen, neu eindecken) funktionierte gar nicht. Obwohl genug Personal da war. Es ist schade, dass es kein Imbiss (am Pool) gibt. Gibt es auch Eis an der Poolbar? Das Personal hinterm Tresen hatte welches gegessen. Eine Eiskarte habe ich aber (noch) nicht entdeckt. Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr wenig ausgestattet. Zum Beispiel zu wenig Gewichte. Mehr Steckdosen im Zimmer wären gut. Den Kindern gefällt es sehr gut. Zimmer sind ruhig, das ist schön. Wir haben eine gute Lage. Zimmer mit Terrasse ist super.

Die gebuchte Junior Suite war ein Zweibettzimmer. Wir waren aber vier Personen und davon eine Person mit Rollstuhl. Das uns angebotene Zimmer als ausweich konnten wir nicht erreichen da der Fahrstuhl defekt war. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt viel zu wünschen übrig.
