Wir kamen an und es war nicht Ansatzweise so vorzufinden, wie die überarbeiteten Bilder es dargestellt hatten. Es war unfassbar dreckig. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Schimmel, der Boden klebte, es stank in der Wohnung unfassbar stark. 3 Betten waren frisch bezogen aber eines war noch alt und vom Vorgänger drauf gelassen. Im Abstellraum wurde einfach die alte, dreckige Bettwäsche reingeworfen und überall lagen enorm viele Staubknäule. Die Wohnung ist wie ein Keller, es kommt kaum Tageslicht rein, was aber nicht schlimm war. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir Putzmittel kaufen und haben knappe 3 Stunden geputzt. Ein Staubsauger gab es nicht, so dass man den Staub nicht überall wegbekam. Mit kleinen Kindern konnte man sich nicht wohlfühlen. Der Gestank war das Schlimmste und dieses Gefühl von Unreinheit, hat uns eine Nacht früher abreisen lassen. Das Beste war die Firma Homearis. Die waren mehr als kompetent und haben auf jedes Anliegen sofort reagiert. Wir haben die letzte Nacht vollständig erstattet bekommen und man hatte das Gefühl, dass es Ihren Ansprüchen auch überhaupt nicht entgegen kam und es wurde sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Ich schätze es wurde einfach zu wenig bis gar nicht überprüft was in der Wohnung passiert. ##### Luisza M.
