Public car park at 1 km, public parking on the road extra. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 200 m, café 50 m, bus stop "Bleibreustrasse Berlin" 500 m, railway station "Hauptbahnhof Berlin" 6 km, underground station "Kurfürstendamm" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche 1 km, Brandenburger Tor 5 km, Museumsinsel 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wannsee 13 km. The house is located in the popular district of West Berlin, near the Kurfürstendamm with many shops and good restaurants.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, richtig zu Hause. Die Betten waren super, auch das Bett für die 3. Person, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch an dem Bad mit Badewanne hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Die knapp 90 Treppen waren eine kleine Herausforderung nach unseren Berlin-Erkundungen, aber der Aufstieg hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Unser Vermieter hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und der Kontakt war sehr sympathisch. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Modern apartment located in quiet, safe pretty suburb of Berlin. Not street facing so low noise level and windows overlook internal courtyard and the apartment always felt cool. On the 4th floor with no elevator so you need to be reasonably fit to climb stairs at least twice per day. Plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from nearby and 5 min walk to S bahn station.

L’appartement est tres bien situé dans un quartier commerçant mais pas de bruit ! L’appartement était tres propre. Je suis arrivée un peu en avance, les femmes de ménage m’ont ouvert et montré pour la Wifi. Le studio est spacieux et décoré avec goût. J’y ai passé un super séjour. Merci Interhome

Excellente Lage, Sehr gute Ausstattung, Treppen steigen ins 4. OG war für Geübte kein Hindernis. Ein Hinweis auf die Parkplatzsituation wäre hilfreich gewesen, sollte aber die Einschätzung nicht schmälern.

Alles Top! Zentrale Lage - totzdem sehr ruhig. Es fehlte bei der Ausstattung an nichts. Da uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass am 2. Tag morgens das Wasser im Haus abgestellt wurde, haben wir beim Service weniger Punkte gegeben, denn das war sehr ärgerlich. Trotzdem- wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super Lage in Charlottenburg

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift. Ist nur machbar für Gäste mit guter Kondition und die gut zu Fuß sind. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, idyllischer grüner Hinterhof, absolut ruhig. Die S-Bahn Station Savigny-Platz ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dort aus kommt man überall hin. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants in jeder Preisklasse. Der Kurfürstendamm ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Salve La zona è ottima, fermata S-Bahn a 3 minuti a piedi, 4 linee metro. Non parlano alcuna parola in inglese!!!Il divano letto non c’è, è un materasso buttato per terra, non ci sono coperte!!! Solo un rotolo di carta igienica per 3 notti 3 persone 20 euro a persona per la pulizia è tanto, visto che è piccolo nuovo monolocale e senza ascensore!
