It has everything you need. It was immaculate when we arrived, crisp white linens on the comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, clothes washer, ironing board and iron. The bathrooms were spotless with hairdryers. The location is ideal it is within short walking distance to 2 Ubahn stations. There are many Restaurants and shops close by. The apartment worked very well for our group, we were all attending a conference at the nearby City Cube (about 20 min walk away). There is a large dining table, with a bench and chairs around it, this is the only central gathering area in the apartment, there is no living room. We had 4 nights in this brilliant apartment before heading south of Berlin to Tropical Islands Waterpark for 4 nights. Having lived in Berlin before I chose this area because I knew it fairly well, albeit 26 years ago. Very handy public transport using the U-Bahn and bus networks. Supermarkets and local restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment is fantastic and we were able to spread out and give people their own rooms and space. The apartment is very modern with all the mod-cons you would want. The beds and sofa beds are very comfortable, bedding was new and clean and the bathrooms were spotless. One of the bathrooms has no windows and did get fairly warm after 4 ladies had showered due to a lack of ventilation. After a couple of attempts using the keyless entry keypad system we were inside. The weather while we were in Berlin was fantastic, 27-31 degrees. The apartment isn't air-conditioned but sleeping wasn't a problem with the windows open. The only down side to this was when a Emergency vehicle passed at night with the sirens on, the noise was very loud! The bedroom off the kitchen suffered from this as it is on the street side of the apartment. The balcony is excellent and overlooks the inner courtyard. The courtyard was still being completed when we visited but it was fascinating to watch the builders progress this project masterpiece of small cobbled stones being precision laid. My only reservation would be although there is sleeping arrangements for 12 people it would be fairly cramped. I feel the bedroom off the kitchen/diner although it has a double bed and double sofa bed, when this is led flat & in use there is really no floor space to move about. The owners were excellent to communicate with, access information to the apartment was sent via email prior to arrival and breakages deposit refunded promptly. Für den kleinsten wurde ein Kinderbett vom Vermieter aufgestellt. Handtücher lagen bereit, Betten waren fertig bezogen (nur um die Schlafsofas mussten wir uns selber kümmern.) und in der Küche war die Grundausstattung (Kaffeefilter, Tee und Gewürze usw) vorhanden. Es gab keine Schlüssel, sondern ein digitales Türschloss (praktisch bei so vielen Besuchern). Unweit liegt ein Supermarkt und nur wenig weiter gibt's ein Café das täglich auf hat und Frühstück und italienische Kaffeespezialitäten anbietet. Da kann man es auch mit dem einkaufen ruhig angehen lassen. Eines der 4 Schlafzimmer geht leider nach vorne zur Kreuzung raus, doch dort kann man gute Schläfer einquartieren, - das geht schon. Als wir da waren, wurde im Hausflur und Treppenhaus noch gespachtelt und gestrichen. Roch ein wenig, aber die sind bald fertig. Vorteil - die Haustür stand öfter offen. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und über sowohl die App als auch whatsapp erreichbar (wir hatten ein paar Fragen, da wir die Unterlagen vergessen hatten).
