Centrally located, it offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. There is excellent cookware, glassware, and utensils, so self-catering is a breeze, if you like to do that. The apartment is near grocery stores and restaurants. Cons: At least a few blocks away from S/U-Bahn stops. No air conditioning or screens on the windows, but you won't find that many places in Berlin, I think. The owner was responsive about bringing a second floor fan, which helped during the heat wave, and also providing updated WLAN/WiFi instructions. ##### George W. Nur das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und entspricht nicht dem auf dem Foto abgebildeten. 2 U-Bahnhaltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Durch die Lage zur Straße ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster schon etwas lauter, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber ok. Der Check-in verlief ohne Probleme durch den erhaltenen Türcode. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt im schönen Berlin. ##### Nicol B.
