Etage mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. In 30m finden sie den "Volkspark Friedrichshain" mit seinen Biergärten, Märchenbrunnen und andere Springbrunnen. Das Apartment ist nur 300m vom Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt, Brandenburger Tor, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Scenehöhepunkte eastsidegalery, o2 world, simonadach-str. können leicht zu Fuß erlaufen werden. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Vom Flughafen Schönefeld mit expresstrain bis Alex, von dort mit der M4 Straßenbahn oder mit dem bus 200 nur 2-3 Stationen je nachdem wo man einsteigt bis zur Station "Volkspark Friedrichhain, 5 Minuten Gehweg sind es zum Apartment.
