Das Apartment ist nur 300m vom Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt, Brandenburger Tor, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Scenehöhepunkte eastsidegalery, o2 world, simonadach-str. können leicht zu Fuß erlaufen werden. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
