So many great things about this apartment: secure lobby, big elevator, spacious rooms, easy-to-use washing machine, comfortable bed, and cozy balcony. The location is near a popular corner, so Uber or taxi pick-up is easy. Two grocery stores, a quick mart, a couple of eateries are just around the corner. The apartment was clean & although I don't use all the kitchen appliances and gadgets, I could see everything was covered. Not only was there a can opener that worked, there was also a sharpening steel for knives. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference in my stay. In a residential neighborhood, the apartment is quiet, has a few windows & balcony overlooking a lovely back yard and there is great grocery shopping nearby. It was roomy spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything that you would basically need to cook if you wish to cook inside. The location was excellent. It was close to the bus lines and subway lines. Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Uta H. 20 Aug 2020 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ansprechendes Domizil Wir waren mit unseren 3 Enkeln für 5Tage hier in Berlin und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser sehr schön geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung. Da wir vom Land kommen und Großstadt Lärm nicht unsere Sache ist, kamen wir aber auch hiermit gut zurecht. Straßenlärm war bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich gedämpft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar aber auch mit Bus und U Bahn gut angebunden. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Kühlschrank Füllung zur Anreise mit dem Nötigsten fand ich super und habe ich so noch nicht erlebt!! Unsere Enkel haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt Spieletisch und sonstige kindgerechte Ausstattung wurde gerne angenommen. Danke dafür! Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit des Bodens, er war bei unserer Ankunft einfach schmutzig und ich musste ihn reinigen. Dafür muss ich leider einen Punkt abziehen. Wir waren aber trotzdem rundum zufrieden!!! ##### Uta H. U-und Bus nur wenige hundert Meter. Der Balkon ist super und sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Rest der Wohnung ist einfach aber ok. Leider kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Die Betten super zum Schlafen und wirklich viele Schränke mit Stauraum. ##### Ulrich D. Wenn die Tür aufgeht fühlt man sich sofort zuhause. Dieses gemütliche und perfekt eingerichtete Apartment wirkt bewohnt und ist von Kennern liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Kontakt war ebenso perfekt und alles sehr unkompliziert. Erst wenn du das Glück hast, so eine Wohnung zu finden, kannst du den Aufenthalt richtig problemfrei geniessen. Es war alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen brauchte . Ein Frühstück in völliger Ruhe mitten in Berlin auf dem Balkon ist schon bemerkenswert!! In der direkten Umgebung konnten wir wirklich lecker Essen gehen, aber auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren super zu erreichen. Danke an die Vermieter für einen schönen Osterurlaub - die Wohnung ist jedenfalls nur schwer zu toppen!! ##### Gudrun H. Die Wohnung ist überragend ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut inmitten von Kreuzberg gelegen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und zügig, die Übergabe der Wohnung ging problemlos vonstatten. Wir waren zu zweit, und für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten. Vier Personen finden aber auch ausreichend Platz, insbesondere wenn Kinder dabei sind. Resümee: Eine tolle, unbedingt empfehlenswerte Wohnung. ##### Michael B. Lots of groceries and shopping nearby. Thanx to Uber, connections around Berlin are really easy and inexpensive. Only comment about the place would be that Ina has tried to make it all things to all people. We didn't need the extra king size bed in the living room or the fuss ball game which took up some considerable space. We were just 2 people. If you are a larger family, this should work well. It was just as lovely and communications with the owner were easy. These apartments are in good locations, kept clean and had all the furnishings and kitchen equipment needed for a stay. We could walk from here to the most museums and attractions. Or we could take the U or S-Bahn or bus. It was all close to this apartment. We were with two these two weeks. It is big for two but it will be small for 6 because there is only one big bedroom. When we were tired of seeing so much all day we could relax with a dvd. The furniture is in good shape. With 4 supermarkets so close and restaurant near by we had the easiest vacation ever. ##### Inge M. Wir haben unsere Osterferien in Berlin verbracht und diese Ferienwohung war im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes unser "Refugium". Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und neuwertig eingerichtet (Fotos und Beschreibung zeigen genau die Realität) und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und viele Details zeigen, dass sich die Vermieterin sehr in ihre Mieter eingedacht hat, z.B. Kuscheldecken auf dem Sofa, Küchenpapier, Gewürze, Seife, Spülmittel, Einkaufskorb usw. Vieles davon gehört nicht immer zur üblich FeWo-Ausstattung. Highlight für unsere Kinder war der Billardtisch/Tischkicker! Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung vernünftige Lampen, so daß wir abends auch mal Lesen konnten (wir haben uns in anderen FeWos schon oft über den Mangel an geeigneter Beleuchtung geärgert). Obwohl die Wohnung in einem großen Haus liegt, haben wir fast nichts von der Nachbarschaft mitbekommen - offenbar ist dieses Haus besonders schallisoliert. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal, nur 2 U-Bahn-Stationen weiter waren wir beim Alex (= Knotenpunkt für das U- und S-Bahnnetz). Am Ankunftstag haben wir direkt vor dem Haus parken können und dort stand unser Auto die ganze Woche sicher. In der Straße war nachts kein besonderer Verkehr, so dass wir ausgezeichnet schlafen konnten. Wenige Meter entfernt gab es Supermärkte und einen sehr guten Backshop, der auch feiertags geöffnet hatte, so dass wir uns sehr bequem versorgen konnten. Rundum hatten wir eine tolle Woche und die FeWo war ein richtiges zu Hause für uns. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die nette Vermieterin! ---
