Duplex Apartment Schönefeld near BER Airport

This 48 m² duplex apartment in Schönefeld welcomes up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It offers a private, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, a TV with video on demand and a dedicated workspace.

Parking is available in a shared underground garage. Excellent public transport links make exploring the area easy. Events, parties, smoking and the use of cannabis or other intoxicating substances are prohibited in the apartment and on the grounds.

The apartment is in a quiet location near BER Airport, reachable in 12 minutes by S-Bahn or 10 minutes by car. The A13, A113, A10 and A100 motorways are nearby. Adlershof Technology Park, shops, restaurants, a gym and an indoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Alte Försterei football stadium is about 30 minutes away by car. Berlin's vibrant city centre is around 40 minutes away by public transport.

We have installed a key box because the keyless entry system is unreliable. If possible, I will welcome you in person. You will receive key box information one day before arrival. Please be considerate of neighbours in the stairwell and avoid unnecessary suitcase noise or loud conversations.

From 1 January 2026, the municipality of Schönefeld levies a local overnight accommodation tax, which I must collect and remit as an additional charge per night. Thank you for your understanding.
