Die Betten in der Schlafkammer sind eher für eine Jugendherberge geeignet. Hier gab es außer Hacken mit Bügeln, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Garderobe, auch keinen Stuhl, oder Hocker.Reinigungsgeräte, wie Besen, Staubsauger, Handfeger und Müllschippe waren nicht vorhanden.Im Haus finden Bauarbeiten statt auf die man vorher nicht hingewiesen wurde.Der Treppenaufgang ist sehr verschmutzt und noch im unrenovierten Zustand.Im Bad waren die Fenster von außen, wohl 2 Jahre nicht geputzt worden. Auf dem Balkon waren der Tisch und die Stühle mit Weinreben umrankt, so das man sie nur benutzen konnte, wenn man sie freigeschnitten hat. Es gab auch keine Sitzauflagen für die Balkonmöbel. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren einzigartigen Ausblick auf die Havel, den man besonders gut vom Balkon aus genießen kann. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir den Balkon jeden Tag nutzen konnten!!! Die Wohnung ist hell und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass das Geschirr, wie in vielen Ferienwohnungen üblich, nicht abgezählt ist, sondern ausreichend vorhanden ist. Wir haben den hauseigenen Badesteg sehr geschätzt und konnten so nach unseren Radtouren ein erfrischendes Bad in der Havel nehmen. Die Inselstadt Werder ist ein beschaulicher, pitoresker kleiner Ort und das Umland mit seinen zahlreichen Seen bietet unendlich viel Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die wir besonders für ausgedehnte Radtouren genutzt haben. Die Anbindung mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof Werder nach Berlin ist super und eine Tageskarte mit 7,60 EUR unschlagbar günstig. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit Natur und Kultur und netten Vermietern. Wir sind wehmütig nach 2 Wochen abgefahren.
