About this property

Large 2-room apartment with garden in the middle of Pankow

  • The "Apartment am Bürgerpark" is a comfortably renovated 2 room apartment in our house from 1872. During the renovations, for example, we discovered the long spilled original planks, which we have lovingly raised again. The apartment is on the first floor and we have an elevator, so no stairs and carrying bags! The facility exudes comfort, which should invite my visitors to rest after a long day in the city with a tea or a bottle of wine.

    The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, stove and oven, tea and coffee utensils (including a coffee machine and a few teas to try). Kitchen equipment should allow you to cook relaxed ...

    There is a dining area in the living room and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Additional mattresses can be booked on request.
