It is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, etc. In the living room is a cozy couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed, (1,40x2,00m). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a pull out couch and a wardrobe. The apartment can accommodate max. 5 people. The weather was not hot during our stay, so it was very cold in the app. since the heating was not on yet. I would not return to this app on my next visit. Aber wenn man nur zum Schlafen da ist, ist das kein Hinderungsgrund :-) Parken geht leider nicht mehr in der näheren Umgebung. Wegen der neuen Parkscheinautomaten ist das nur noch nachts und an Sonn- und Feiertagen kostenlos möglich. Energie- und umwelttechnisch in Zeiten der Klimakrise völlig aus der Zeit gefallen, deshalb nicht unterstützenswert. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, was aus dem Inserat nicht hervorging. Es war alles vorhanden Schlüssel übergabe war perfekt. Konnten leider die Heizung im Küchenbereich und in der Dusche nicht regeln( heizung lief ununterbrochen musten für Temp außgleich die fenster kippen ). Trotz dieses kleinen mangos war die Wohnung ok für einen kurtzurlaub . Die Strassenbahn war ca 400m zu Fuß zuereichen. ##### Udo W. This review was submitted before 2018 and can't be verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### mathias r. 8 Nov 2015 #### Schöne zentrale Wohnung Die EG-Wohnung ist wegen ihrer guten Lage nahe der S-Bahnstation Schloss Bellevue toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (nur eine Station zum Hbf). Mit der Übergabe des Schlüssels hat alles gut geklappt. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Nichts hat uns gefehlt. Nur an die vielen tickenden (aber optisch schönen) Uhren mussten sich unsere Kinder beim Einschlafen etwas gewöhnen. Bei unserem nächsten Berlinaufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder ! ##### mathias r.
