Die Ausstattung für's Kochen ist minimalistisch - wer also selber kochen will, am Besten notwendiges Kochwerkzeug mitbringen. Es gab keine Mikrowelle, aber eine Kaffeemaschine für Kaffeepads, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd mit 2 Kochfeldern, Backofen ohne Umluft, sowie eine Kühlgefrierkombination + 1 Geschirrtuch. Hand- / Duschtücher waren von guter Qualität, die Haar-Haut-Hand-Kombiflüssigseife im Spender für Waschbecken und Dusche sehr angenehm. In den frisch bezogenen Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Die Lichtquellen im Schlaf- / Wohnbereich sind etwas spärlich (besonders üb. Spüle) und die Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer an ungünstiger Stelle. Es empfiehlt sich daher, mindestens 2 3m-Kabelverlängerungen mitzubringen. Die gesamte Wohnung könnte mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen. Das WC war beim Spülen etwas undicht, (regelmäßig Pfützen darunter, aber ohne zu riechen). Wir hatten das schon während unseres Aufenthaltes gemeldet und es wurde auch wirklich schnell ein Handwerker vorbeigeschickt, der konnte aber das Problem nicht auf die Schnelle mit vorhandenen Bordmitteln beseitigen. Ich hoffe das ist bis zum nächsten Gast erledigt. Die Parkplätze an der Straße sind frei, auch wenn man immer etwas Glück braucht, um einen zu finden. Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist sehr gut und es gibt viele kleine Läden und Essmöglichkeiten im Umkreis. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. ##### Bettina J. Das Apartment liegt super gut für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Parkplätze sind schwierig zu bekommen, wir hatten Glück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen und auch jede Menge Lokale und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr abgewohnt, ein paar neue Einrichtungsgegenstände wären vom Vorteil. Der Fernseher mit dem Fire-Stick hat nicht richtig funktioniert, Geschirrhandtücher haben vollständig gefehlt. Für ein paar Tage geht das alles, aber ich hätte schon etwas mehr erwartet, Klospülung läuft ständig nach, die Regendusche macht eine Überschwemmung im Bad, man kann sich arrangieren. Die Lage zum oberen Ku-Damm ist allerdings sehr gut, das hat für uns gezählt. Mal etwas investieren wäre super, dann würde auch die Bewertung besser werden. ##### Birgit M.
