Stoppers in bathroom and kitchen sink were not functional (kitchen stopper fell apart during our stay and had to be reassembled - lucky I had a screwdriver). Table and counter surfaces were not very clean when we arrived. Sofa-bed smelled funny and some cushions were hidden in a cabinet.
